- To top up for prepaid mobile phone subscribers: apply for all telecom services in Vietnam

- Bills payment: Post paid subscribers, electricity bill, post office and telecom charges, etc…

- Money transfer internal and external of OCB System (first time in the field)

- Periodic transfers (NEW)

- Money transfer for receiver by ID Card
